I’m Leslie, the owner and clinician behind Cornwall RBA, a mobile ABA therapy clinic in Eastern Ontario. I'm a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA (Ont.)) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). I'm proud to also be an approved Clinical Supervisor of Behavioural Services with the Ontario Autism Program's (OAP) Providers List.  

Since becoming a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in 2016, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including group homes, family homes, classrooms, and community settings. Each experience has strengthened my passion for creating thoughtful, individualized behaviour support plans rooted in safe, person-centred care.

I'm delighted to resume my small private practice, offering in-home ABA therapy and consultation to clients and families in Cornwall and the surrounding areas. My goal is to provide meaningful, collaborative support that empowers individuals, strengthens caregiver confidence, and enhances quality of life within the environments that matter most. 

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading and spending time with my husband, our four children, and our energetic Weimaraner, Scout.
